Author and instructor Sonoko Sakai will present a cooking demonstration, with a small tasting, based on a recipe from her newest book, Japanese Home Cooking: Simple Meals, Authentic Flavors.

Following the demonstration, she will sign copies of Japanese Home Cooking as well as her previous work, Rice Craft.

The cooking demonstration and book signing is free for Museum members and included with general admission for non-members. Space is limited, so RSVPs are strongly encouraged using this online form as reserved guests will be given priority entry.
