JANM is proud to present the 2018 Day of Remembrance in partnership with the Go For Broke National Education Center, Japanese American Citizens League-Pacific Southwest  District, Nikkei for Civil Rights and Redress, Manzanar Committee, OCA-Greater Los Angeles, and Progressive Asian Network for Action. The event marks the 76th anniversary of the signing of Executive Order 9066, which led to the forced removal and mass incarceration of 120,000 Japanese Americans.

Admission to this event and to the museum are both pay-what-you-wish on this day. RSVPs for the Day of Remembrance program are stongly encouraged.  Please note, online RSVPs will close at 12pm on February 17, 2018. A standby line will be in effect onsite following that time.

Please arrive and check in with your ticket before 1:45pm. After 1:45pm, your seat will be released and any available seats will be given on a first come, first serve basis.
