What to know for your visit:
- Well-fitting face masks are strongly recommended for all visitors, except for children age two and under. 
- Visitors who are feeling sick or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms will not be allowed to enter the Museum. 
- Present your print or electronic ticket to our Visitor Services staff to scan and confirm your admission.
- Large bags are not permitted. JANM cannot hold any jackets, clothing, or bags outside of lockers. 
- A limited number of self-serve storage lockers (9"W x 22"H x 16"D) are available on a first-come basis. Valid ID required to use lockers.    
- No food or drinks permitted in the museum.  
- Only trained service animals are allowed.  
Please note that the following are unavailable:
 
- JANM Store - Closed Mondays through Thursdays; Only open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (You can order online at janmstore.com for details about in-store pick-ups)   
- Hirasaki National Resource Center - Closed
