Wednesday June 7

7:00 PM  –  9:00 PM

Defining Courage
is a journey into the legacy of the Nisei Soldier, Americans of Japanese ancestry who served in the segregated military units of the 100th Infantry Battalion, 442nd Regimental Combat Team, Military Intelligence Service, and 552nd Field Artillery Battalion.
Considered the greatest fighting units in American military history, most have never heard their extraordinary stories.

Join Emmy-winning filmmakers Jeff MacIntyre and ABC7-Los Angeles News Anchor, David Ono, as they immerse you into the tragic, yet uplifting world of these heroes who fought prejudice at home and the enemy abroad.

Your support will not only enhance the success of the event, but will also provide a unique opportunity to showcase your company/organization to a key audience of community-minded individuals. Sponsorship benefits include: prominent logo visibility in marketing materials, printed program, large posters displayed at the performance, pre-show slideshow. Guests will also be invited before the performance to enjoy a specially-created dinner with key sponsors, supporters, and the show creators at the Samueli Theater within the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall.
